Delete your account

You can delete your repRaise account yourself, from inside the app. It takes two taps, and the account is erased one day later — the day is yours to change your mind.

In the app

  1. Open repRaise.
  2. Go to the Arena, tap the gear icon to open Settings.
  3. Scroll to Account.
  4. Tap Delete account and confirm twice.

The app tells you the exact date and time the account will be erased, then signs you out. The deletion itself happens 24 hours later, and after that there is no way back. Until then you can call it off: sign in again, open Settings, and tap Keep my account.

What is deleted

  • Your account and the identity linking it to Apple or Google.
  • Your entire workout history on our servers — every set, every repetition.
  • Your coins, your gear and what you had equipped.
  • Your place and totals on the leaderboard.
  • The record of your installations.
  • On Android with RAISE: the link to your Solana wallet, the history of its links and unlinks, and the mobile phone number you confirmed, if any.

What is kept, and why

  • Workouts recorded on your phone stay on your phone. repRaise works with no account at all, so deleting your account does not erase your local training history. To remove that too, uninstall the app.
  • Records of purchases are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires — but your account identifier is removed from them, so they no longer point to you.

Purchases do not survive deletion. Coins — bought or earned — gear and experience belong to that account and cannot be restored once it is erased; coin packs are consumed on purchase, so the store has nothing to restore either. RAISE (Android): deletion removes the wallet link, cancels any withdrawal still in the requested state and forfeits RAISE not yet withdrawn; RAISE already paid to your wallet is unaffected — it is on the blockchain, outside our reach.

If you cannot use the app

Lost the device, or removed the app before deleting the account? Write to pna.apps@gmail.com from the email address on the account, or tell us the display name and roughly when you signed up. We will verify that it is yours and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner, and confirm when it is done.
